Google user data
Claymore uses an internal tool that connects to Google accounts belonging to Claymore's own partners, with their authorisation, to read, organise and draft email, calendar entries and documents. This tool is not offered to the public. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide that functionality to the account owner, is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train generalised AI or machine learning models.
Claymore's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, typically for the duration of a business relationship plus the period required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Prospective client data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing; we do not sell personal information. UK and EU residents may complain to their local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
